    Albendazole, ivermectin

Pharmacological action:

    antiparasitic agent. Albendazole has broad-spectrum repellent activity against nematodes, tapeworms and fluke. The mechanism of its action is that by binding with microtubulin in worms, it prevents the polymerization to form microtubules with its A-tubulin, thus affecting the cell reproduction process such as mitosis, protein assembly and energy metabolism in worms. Ivermectin has a good repellant effect on internal and external parasites, especially arthropods and internal nematodes. It is mainly used to expel gastrointestinal nematodes, lungworms and external parasites of pigs. Its repellent mechanism is to promote the release of Y-aminobutyric acid (GABA) from preprotruding neurons, thus opening GABA-mediated chloride ion channels. Chloride ion flow can reduce the membrane impedance and cause slight depolarization of membrane rest potential after protrusion, which interferes with the signal transmission between neuromuscles, makes the worm relax and paralyze, and leads to death or expulsion of the worm.

    Dewormer. Used to expel nematodes, flukes, tapeworms and ectoparasites from domestic animals.

Usage and dosage: 

    According to this product. Mixed feeding: Every 1000kg of feed, cattle, sheep, pigs 1000g.
